The best thing about the Samsonite Compact Luggage Cart is that it is indeed a compact, lightweight, easy to travel with accessory...and that's it's biggest drawback as well. The base is just a bit small, able to support the width of those cardboard document boxes, and you can reasonably expect to stack two of those at most.
The elastic bungee cords are great, except that the hooks on the ends had a tendency to slip a bit. I wish there were more cross pieces to attach the hooks. All in all, a more than useful cart for light duty that folds up easily, extends easily, but be mindful of how much you need to load the cart...it is compact, after all is said and done. For light loads, it works.
